There's a fan thing called the Fire Super Saiyan Raditz. I have a theory that has that Broly wasn't the only legendary super saiyan. Maybe all Super saiyans ( plus Raditz, Nappa, Turles etc.) are legendary as well.

Raditz=fire

Nappa=Earth/rock

Vegeta=Water/Ice

Broly=Wind

Goku=Life/light

Turleseath/dark

All Legendaries are decended from the original super saiyan, all created to keep equal balance in the universe. If one element is destroyed, all the others are sent in a chain-reaction that turns them from good-to-bad. This may explain why Broly is calm and nice, but enraged and sadistic just by looking at somebody.

Broly is a Legendary Super Saiyan. It never says there are more, but I played off the idea that there are more of those like him.

It makes sense that Goku would be one. Only like 6-7 Saiyans survived.
