Anarchy Napier aka Piedmont

This is Anarchy, the daughter of The Joker and younger sister of Jester. Unlike Jester who has a vague form of sympathy for children, Anarchy is as true as her namesake. She will kill anything in her path, much like Daddy dearest would do. The base I used was for a Gothic Liota thing in my How-To Manga book, and I added a little cursed star to give her more of a twisted look. Hope you like her.
